There is a Training Center associated with the JSC "Center for Competition Policy Development and Protection" from 2009, which organizes seminars and trainings on using legislative and other regulatory legal acts on competition policy and antimonopoly regulation.

Representatives of state bodies, experts from various economic sectors, including antitrust regulation, are invited to give lectures. The seminar participants are issued a personal certificate certifying participation in the seminar upon completion of the training.
